Prince Harry immediately flew to Canada after the crisis talks of the Megxit deal concluded. He reunited with Meghan Markle and Archie Harrison in their "temporary" home as they both stayed in the commonwealth country amid the talks of the royal exit.

Since then, the family of three has been reportedly living a peaceful and "quiet life." They have not returned yet as well in the United Kingdom. Because of this, what they left behind in the country needs now to be "shut down."

As reported by CNN, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's official office inside the Buckingham Palace has been now "closed." Royal insiders revealed that since their plans of becoming "financially independent" was already granted by the Queen, not to mention, they are now staying in Vancouver Island, their office has been "shut down." Aside from these things, they are also no longer working royals.

Although the deal is just about to take place in April, preparations have seemingly started already in this period of transition. Accordingly, their 15 royal staff inside the office has been reportedly up for "redeployment."

The publication noted that the details are still being finalized. Even so, "efforts" are now being made to "redeploy" their staff inside the Buckingham Palace in spite of the "redundancies" of the process.

It was noted, however, that this is "inevitable." But, reports claimed that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry certainly "advised" these individuals upon announcing their plans to step down in January.

Currently, it remains unknown as to how the Sussex couple will officially earn their money. Now that they are no longer receiving funds from the Sovereign Grant as per Harper's Bazaar, alongside the plans of becoming independent, they will surely find ways on how to revolutionize their financial freedom.

Sources claimed that their networks in and outside the United Kingdom, especially in North America, will be helpful for the family.

Given that Meghan Markle stayed in Canada for seven years during her time as an actress, playing the role of Rachel Zane in USA Network's Suits, she will likely have opportunities in the country. The same was also said to be true for Prince Harry considering his extended networks being a royal-born Prince.

The publications revealed, however, that their plans of using the brand Sussex Royal might not be the best and most effective option for their plans to become financially independent. It was stated that royal experts and analysts think of it as not appropriate since they already stepped down as members of the Royal Family. It is "either they are royals or not," one royal expert explained.
