WARNING: This article may contain spoilers for Empire season 6 episode 11. Read at your own risk.

Empire season 6 episode 11 is scheduled to arrive earlier next month, with the title "Can't Truss 'Em." There are a lot of things to anticipate in this episode, especially since some of the characters' fate is in question. The episode will address the huge cliffhanger in the fall finale, and there'll be sadness as Fox teased there would be a "loss."

In Empire season 6 episode 11, the world of the Lyon family is turned upside down after facing a loss. The situation caused one of the family members to deal with unresolved trauma from the past. Perhaps, this has something to do with Lucious or Cookie. The synopsis also teased that a shocking revelation regarding the future of the Lyons has been revealed.

The new episode will also explore Lucious and Cookie's relationship, as Lucious refused to sign the divorce papers. But aside from their conflicting relationship, the fate of these two is still in question. The series has been hinting major deaths of some major characters, with some believing it's either Lucious or Cookie. After all, Lucious does get shot, thus his life is on the line.

Empire season 6 episode 11 will also see Andre making an important decision about his career, family, and health. Devon, on the other hand, will confront Tiana about her relationship with Hakeem. Since the series is now in its second half, there would be some big news waiting for the Lyons. This is also the final season, so the series may deliver closure and established endgame to some of the characters.

In another report, it has been confirmed that Jussie Smollett's Jamal is not coming back in the final run. He was written out after being involved in a controversy and Fox announced there's no plan for the actor to return. But, Showrunner Brett Mahoney previously said they're talking about the possible comeback of Smollett before the series ends.

In a report via TVLine, Mahoney said it would be weird to see the Lyon family without Jamal in the picture. However, he also noted that this matter is still being discussed and there's no official decision about the actor's potential return. Smollett was removed in season 5 due to a controversy, which leads to Fox ending his role in the series.

Empire season 6 episode 11 airs on Tuesday, Mar. 3, on Fox.
