NCIS: New Orleans season 6 episode 12 is set to arrive later this week on CBS, with the title "Waiting for Monroe." This is an action-packed episode, as it will see the team trying to track down and capture an assassin. But aside from the action, this week's episode will also feature a personal storyline to some of the characters.
In NCIS: New Orleans season 6 episode 12, the team will track down a mysterious female assassin. She is responsible for the murders in London, Rome, and Athens. The team is now moving forward and ready to take on new cases, despite what happened to Lasalle earlier this season. In addition, Pride also tries to figure out what's next for the team and himself.
Pride got some demons inside his head, but he needs to clear his mind and go in the right direction. The case in this week's episode might be challenging for him as well, especially since he's still coping following the Eddie Barrett incident. But, although the episode will focus mostly on the case, it will also feature a personal storyline for Wade and her son.
In NCIS: New Orleans season 6 episode 12, Wade's son begged her to allow him to go on a police ride-along. Her son will be writing an article on a youth outreach program at the NOPD. This is a personal storyline for Wade, and viewers will have the chance to see the relationship she has with her son. We'll also have the chance to see what's going on with them; something the series doesn't usually show.
Meanwhile, Greenleaf star Keith David is set to appear as a guest star in the upcoming episode. The actor will be playing the role of Gene Holloway, but no further details about his character were revealed. David also appeared in The CW's The Flash and Mass Effect video-game franchise, and now, it's exciting to see what would be his role in the NCIS world.
In another report, Lasalle's replacement is arriving at some point this season. It has been previously confirmed that Charles Michael Davis will play Quentin Carter. He'll be filling the slot held by Lasalle in the team and set to appear in the weeks to come. Once he arrives in the series, his presence will be felt throughout the season.
