This Is Us season 4 episode 15 will be airing next week on NBC, with the title "Clouds." The episode will feature an emotional story for Randall Pearson, wherein he's going to battle some demons inside his head. He'll be struggling with his emotions in the upcoming episode.
In This Is Us season 4 episode 15, Randall seeks some help because of what he feels at the moment. He thinks that he has to save everyone; he wants to carry the burdens on his shoulder -- just like Jack. However, he is unable to focus on himself at times because of this.
Randall tends to doubt his decision, which leads to him entering therapy and trying his best to deal with his problems. He wanted to become better, but the promo of the upcoming episode shows the therapy challenges his inner self as it triggers some serious stuff.
Randall has some demons inside his head and he needs to do everything that he can to confront it. This could also lead to him dealing with the problem he has with Kevin. It can be noted that the two aren't talking during the flash-forward scene of the birthday party.
In another part of This Is Us season 4 episode 15, Kevin copes with the news of his mother's recent diagnosis. He was the last person to know about their mother's condition, but it looks like the situation didn't cause any problems.
It was initially believed that this was the reason why Kevin and Randall weren't talking in the future. It seems like other things may have caused a problem between them. What's happening with Rebecca right now could inspire him to make better decisions in the future and he'll recognize that every second matter.
The upcoming episode will also see Toby trying to repair his relationship with Rebecca. The two weren't in good terms as of late, so this is a chance for Toby to patch things up with Rebecca. This episode shows how the two will try to make things better between them.
Meanwhile, the Big Three reconnect in the cabin in the previous episode. The time capsule is the central story here, and one of its powerful inclusions is Jack leaving a message to them with a crumpled-up drawing of a dream home. While Jack already died, Kevin seemingly builds up a version of the house.
