According to a report by Kstarzlive, the finale rating posted by North and South Korea cross-border romance Crash Landing on You brought in an average nationwide rating of 21.683 percent and peaked at an impressive 24.1 percent.This broke the three-year rating record held by Goblin, the Great and Lonely God which brought in an average of 20.5 percent.
Based on the report, the network decided to scrap plans of a reward vacation for the cast and crew amid the COVID-19 scare that has been plaguing various parts of the world. Stars of the drama have also, reportedly, become in demand after the success of Crash Landing on You.

The drama revolves around a man and a woman who was mistaken for a couple and end up sharing a meal. They begin to meet regularly for meals and develop a relationship from there.
Meanwhile, actor Lee Sin Young, who played the handsome soldier Kwang Beom in the drama, also landed his first lead role in the upcoming web series Contract Friendship with Shin Seung Ho and Kim So Hye.
