Kate Middleton once again made everyone's jaw dropped due to her appearance or a date night with husband Prince William at Noel Coward Theater. The Duchess of Cambridge looked every inch the glamorous in her stunning outfit that wowed the Londoners when she arrived to watch a theater performance.
The 38-year-old royal looked effortlessly chic in her black tweed mini dress by Eponine London, which emphasized her glittery Jimmy Choo pumps. She matched her attire with a shimmering metallic clutch that she held in her left hand.
Sticking on her theme, Kate Middleton donned dazzling chandelier earrings that were first owned by Princess Diana herself, E! News noted. She, too, wore her late mother-in-law's famous sapphire engagement ring.
Prince William's wife completed the look with her wavy signature brunette hair. Anyhow, she tried to keep everything simple with her natural makeup, only donning a sweep of nude lipstick and a black cat-eye.
Kate Middleton joined her husband to witness the musical Dear Evan Hansen in aid of the couple's Royal Foundation. Inside the theater's lobby, the Duchess of Cambridge, together with Prince William, talked to the play's author, Steve Levenson, and composers Justin Paul and Benj Pasek about the show's mental health theme, Express noted.
The Duke of Cambridge asked that if the play was made ten years ago, would they think that it would even exist. Pasek believed that Dear Evan Hansen wouldn't be made during that time; especially, the theme was only relevant today.
The night's performance would raise money for Prince William and Kate Middleton's Royal Foundation, which aimed to raise mental health awareness and help young children and mothers. Before they graced the event, Kensington Palace talked about the musical significance to the royal couple as it announced the show on Twitter. "Mental health is a key priority for The Royal Foundation, which has developed initiatives such as @giveusashout and @heads_together," it said.
Dear Evan Hansen's West End account, on the other hand, also made a tweet about Kate Middleton and Prince William's arrival. "Tonight, we are delighted to host The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge for a special charity performance in aid of The Royal Foundation," it revealed.
At the time of the event, Kate Middleton and Prince William were not with their three kids, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis. They were believed to be left at home in Kensington Palace. Within the next few days, the Cambridges are set to begin their three-day royal tour to Ireland.
