There is little doubt that Woozi is one of the most talented idols in the industry today. The leader of the SEVENTEEN Vocal Team is known for his strong voice and energetic dancing as well as the amazing songs that he writes and composes for the boy group. However, Lee Jihoon is also a reserved man who doesn't easily open up to other people. This is why his impromptu performance in front of an unlikely audience was truly a treat for SVT fans.
The most recent episode of Inside Seventeen is all about Woozi although it offers a behind-the-scenes look at what happened during SEVENTEEN's concert in Chicago. There are a few glimpses at the boy group's performance at Ode To You in Chicago. In addition to that, there was a hilarious exchange between the members where they talked about tasting Chicago-style pizza after their performance. Needless to say, this was something that Lee Jihoon was looking forward to when he finally had his dinner after the show.
Interestingly, when Woozi got to his hotel room, there was already a large meal waiting for him. Although the leader of the SEVENTEEN Vocal Team had a huge bowl of galbi-tang (short rib soup), grilled mackerel, tofu and kimchi with pork, and a bowl of rice, he decided to add some cup noodles as well. Needless to say, it was a lot of food for Lee Jihoon who didn't mind that he hasn't had a slice of Chicago pizza yet. Nevertheless, he happily tucked into his meal.
At one point, Woozi was very eager to have some glass noodles from his bowl of galbi-tang. However, he noticed that the noodles were falling apart since they have been in the soup for too long. Interestingly, Lee Jihoon wasn't ready to give up on the glass noodles. He even urged the noodles not to give up in a sad voice.
After his meal, Woozi got a visit from Jeonghan, who told him that the other SEVENTEEN members had already finished all the Chicago pizza. Yoon Jeonghan himself missed out on the treat but later revealed that he took Joshua's slice instead. Lee Jihoon was unbothered since he's already had a great dinner and just wanted to rest after his meal.
Amazingly, the night was not yet over for Woozi. He later put on some music and began to sing along beautifully with the song. Sadly, the only ones who were present to enjoy the impromptu performance was an audience of discarded bowls and boxes. Nevertheless, Lee Jihoon's brief singing was enough to move the viewers of the video.
SEVENTEEN recently canceled the rest of the Asian and European leg of their Ode To You world tour. However, Woozi and his fellow members are still expected to embark on their Japan Dome tour in May.
