Castlevania season 3 shows that Dracula's former forge master Isaac has taken over his master's place after the vampire king's death. The first two seasons saw Dracula was at the top, but his former forge master avenged his death in the latest installment.

Isaac became a powerful warlord in Castlevania season 3. Along the way, he met different characters, and each of them impacted him in several ways. His journey proved to be captivating as well, wherein his outward quest sought revenge, while inward quest sought to rediscover his faith.

Isaac's conversation with the Captain was also interesting, with some comparing it to Paulo Coehlo's books. But despite all of that, he remained a warrior and a merciless man of action and he is not afraid to slaughter all his enemies.

The contrast between his better nature and brutality was intriguing which makes him one of the complex characters. It also feels like Castlevania season 3 was actually Isaac's story and other characters were just added to the background.

At the start of the season, he was confused by his conflicting views on humanity but he was able to find resolution by the end. Out of all the characters in the third installment, he's the one who had the most growth and it's interesting to see what will happen to him in the future of the show.

The third season deals with the aftermath of Dracula's death, who was killed by Trevor, Sypha, and his son Alucard in the previous installment. Since the King of Vampire is now dead, many think everyone would be at peace. But it seems like more vampire war is coming and there would be more chaos than ever.

Based on the ending, it's apparent the fourth installment will happen, though Netflix hasn't officially renewed the show as of yet. In the final episode, Carmilla and her sisters -- Lenore, Morana, and Striga -- were all set to launch a war.

Meanwhile, Sypha and Trevor's adventure won't probably have much bearing one where their story goes in the future. But, it can be noted the two were left deeply scarred and traumatized because of everything they've seen in Lindenberg.

Alucard, on the other hand, found some of his father's evil spark within himself. His new students Taka and Sumi betrayed him, which leads to him impaling them on his castle's gate to remind any other would-be assassins. His dark side may likely be explored in the future.

Castlevania season 3 is available to stream on Netflix.
