Meghan Markle has now returned to Canada to be with her son, Archie Harrison. It was not revealed, though, when exactly she left the United Kingdom. But, reports claimed that she left the country shortly after the Commonwealth Day service on Monday.

The royal event that the British Royal Family attended earlier this week served as the final engagement of the Sussex couple before they finally start the new chapter of their lives outside the British Monarchy and the United Kingdom. It was previously announced that Megxit, along with all of its exit points, will officially take into effect on March 31.

As per Express UK, the Duchess was "emotional" before she bid her final goodbyes to her royal staff. Some sources from the publication also noted that it was a "bittersweet" moment for the Duchess of Sussex since all of her royal aides and staff were reportedly the loyal ones who served the household for years.

Meghan Markle also reportedly went for a quick meeting before leaving the country for Canada. As for her husband, the reports revealed that Prince Harry stayed in his home country to attend "meetings" inside Buckingham Palace.

In the report released by the Telegraph, the Duke of Sussex's meetings during his final days in the United Kingdom will reportedly discuss his family's future once their royal exit becomes official at the end of the month. It was also shared that his stay will allow him to continue working on his duties and responsibilities as a royal-born Prince, the Duke of Sussex.

While Meghan Markle takes good care of Archie Harrison in their Vancouver Island home, it remains unknown when Prince Harry will join them in North America. As it appears, he may likely stay for a while until the deal becomes official.

Some publications also talked about the royal experts' speculations over the Sussex couple's plans once they become "financially independent." There is still no clear information as to what they will do once they quit the royal life. Nevertheless, it was said that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry will divide their time between the United Kingdom and North America.

Royal expert, Chris Ship, also suggested that the Duchess may likely end up doing a "tell-all" book or piece in the future. She may also do "big interviews" as she has become a lot more popular these days. However, it was advised that the Sussex couple should not "disappear" on the scene for too long, especially if they want to "capitalize" on their "current high profile."
