Prince William may take a more senior role in the royal family when Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Charles go into isolation during the coronavirus outbreak. There may also be a big chance that they will need the help of Prince Harry to provide some support.
As people who are over 70 are said to be the most vulnerable of the disease, Health Secretary Matt Hancock advised that they should self-isolate. Hence, Her Majesty moved to Windsor Castle, along with Prince Philip, to be in isolation.
Prince Charles and his wife, Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, also canceled their scheduled royal visits to heed the Government's call. So, as the second in line to the throne, Prince William may need to provide physical presence in the monarchy due to the absence of the senior royals, Daily Mail reported.

As an heir to the throne and in robust health, she believes coronavirus will not pose a severe threat to him, his wife, and kids. She also said that there should be a physical presence to the monarchy and not just a virtual one.
It is also possible that Princess Beatrice may be appointed the Councilor of State, while Prince Harry may even step in to give a hand. Former royal butler Grant Harrold added if Kate Middleton becomes pregnant during the pandemic, the palace may ask the Duke of Sussex to act as a placeholder. "I am sure he would come back and be delighted to help out, too, and do anything to protect his father and grandmother," he explained.
The Sun reported that Prince Harry feels "helpless and concerned" about Queen Elizabeth and Prince Charles amidst the coronavirus outbreak. The sixth in line to the throne, his wife, Meghan Markle, and kid, Archie Harrison, is now in isolation themselves inside their luxury mansion in Canada.
An insider revealed that the Duchess of Sussex told her pals that they are grateful that they managed to spend some time with the royal family before all of these happened. Prince Harry is reportedly in constant contact with both of his father and grandmother to check on their situation and tell them to stay safe and take extra precautions during this time of crisis. Allegedly, he feels a little helpless and isolated that he is now in the middle of nowhere but still thankful that he is with his family.
