Regardless of whether she wrote her own message or reposted a tweet, Melania Trump has been criticized on social media. The latest of which was when he retweeted a post from the White House celebrating the National Doctors Day.

The First Lady has been slammed by netizens after reposting a White House tweet. In the tweet, the White House paid tribute to the frontliners who have been working hard to contain the coronavirus pandemic.

"America's doctors are the most talented, innovative, and hardworking medical professionals in the world. Right now, they're on the frontlines of a war against an invisible enemy. Today and every day, we salute you. Flag of United States #NationalDoctorsDay," the tweet read.

The message was posted along with three photos. One was a picture of the US Navy's hospital ship Comfort. The second snap featured Melania visiting what seems to be a pediatric ward while in the last photo, POTUS and FLOTUS were both seen posing with some doctors.

The tweet did not sit well to many Americans, more so when FLOTUS reposted it. Many shared their thoughts about the tweet and slammed Melania. Some stressed how ironic the tweet was when just a few days ago President Trump accused the healthcare workers and hospitals of hoarding ventilators.

"Wait a minute! Isn't today the day dirty donald accuses healthcare workers of stealing supplies? You guys are so confused, get your stories straight!" one wrote.

FLOTUS has yet to comment on the harsh remarks. It is worthy to note that this is not the first time the First Lady posted a tweet acknowledging the efforts and sacrifices of frontliners since the COVID-19 outbreak started.

On her March 17 tweet, Melania thanked all medical practitioners who are keeping Americans safe. Over the weekend, she posted almost the same message to all frontliners. In both posts, FLOTUS received some rash comments.

The White House also released a pair of public service announcements about coronavirus that featured Melania. In her first pre-recorded PSA, the former model assured the public that the COVID-19 situation across America at the moment will not last forever. In the second PSA, she directly talked to parents on how to keep everyone in the family healthy and safe.

Meanwhile, the White House has confirmed that Melania Trump tested negative for coronavirus. Both Trump and his wife were tested for the disease on March 13.
