Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are now officially non-working members of the British Royal Family. If one would recall, the Sussex couple announced their "shocking" decision to step down as senior royals in early January.

It took a couple of weeks before the deal of their royal exit was finalized with the Queen, as well as the other senior members of the British Monarchy. By the end of March, after they completed their final rounds of royal engagements, they officially "signed off" and, later on, relocated to the United States.

Amid all the speculations and rumors then, no one was certain how their exit will play out in the future. Several allegations were also made that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry would likely join Hollywood, especially the Duchess as this was her turf before becoming the Duchess of Sussex.

A week after their official exit, though, a new announcement was made by the Sussex couple. As noted by Vogue, it has appeared that the "post-royal" plans of the Duke and Duchess are now starting to emerge.

In the scoop made by the publication, it was stated that things are starting to make total sense after they announced that they will no longer use their official Instagram account, @SussexRoyal. The last post that they published even reportedly said that while the public, especially their "community" would not see them in the platform, "the work continues."

This announcement was immediately followed by the revelation of their new non-profit organization. E! News previously said that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry will launch the details of their new organization, later this year. But, with the reports released by The Daily Telegraph, it seemingly appeared that the Duke and Duchess are now finalizing their plans after quitting their royal posts.

As revealed, their new non-profit organization will be called, Archewell. It was said that it was derived from a Greek word that means "source of action." The Duke and Duchess of Sussex also reportedly added that it became the "inspiration" of their son's name, Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor.

Speaking with the said publication, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry reportedly revealed that they wanted Archewell "to do something of meaning," and "something that matters." So, instead of being a simple and linear non-profit organization, it will be an "all-encompassing endeavor." Aside from charity services, it will also include emotional support groups, multimedia education via "films, podcasts, and books," and wellbeing websites.

Further details of their plans are yet to be revealed before the public. But, whatever path they choose, several reports noted that it looks like they are off to "build an empire" of their own outside the British Monarchy and the United Kingdom.
