Kate Middleton and Prince William have continued to perform their duties and responsibilities as the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge amid the coronavirus crisis in the United Kingdom. It was said that they have been utilizing the internet to conduct engagements and meetings with the public.

Earlier this week, the royal couple reportedly executed their first-ever virtual engagement through a video conference call with the students and teachers from Casterton Primary Academy. Aside from the praise and appreciation that they shared with the individuals on the other end of the call, the Duke and Duchess also reportedly responded to some of the children's entertaining questions.

According to Hello! magazine, Kate Middleton was asked by one of the students who the "best famous person" is that she had already met. While she did not respond directly to the question, she reportedly shared that Prince George has been watching a lot of "David Attenborough" and "Blue Planet." With her statement, many have concluded that this is "probably" her favorite too, just like her son.

As added by the reports, it only makes sense, though, as to why she would see the naturalist and broadcaster as her "best famous person" or favorite celebrity. The reason being is that David Attenborough has already "teamed up" with Kate Middleton and other members of the British Royal Family for several times.

In a scoop released by Town & Country, it was said that the most recent engagement that the Duchess of Cambridge had with the said celebrity was in 2019. The event was revealed to be the "naming ceremony" of the polar research ship, RRS Sir David Attenborough, which would have been the RRS Boaty McBoatface if only it was not vetoed.

Kate Middleton and David Attenborough first met in 2013. It was revealed that this was when the Duchess attended the Natural History Museum Alive 3D premiere. Since then, the two personalities have seemingly shared close ties with each other, which is probably the reason why she deems him as the best famous person that she had met.

The same is also likely true for Prince William. It was reported that the Duke of Cambridge previously called him a "national treasure."

David Attenborough is also reportedly a good friend of Queen Elizabeth II. They share the same age as he was born just a week after the Queen's birthday. Even Prince Charles, the reports noted that he has been "singing praises," as well, for the celebrity.
