Juventus will be putting two first-team players on the table for Manchester United to pick if the English club will send Paul Pogba back to Italy. That appears to be the best deal that the Italian giants can offer in light of persisting speculations that the World Cup winner is leaving Old Trafford this summer.

Pogba will be without a contract with the Red Devils by June 2021, and no negotiations have been held for his extended stay. He could possibly ink a new contract with United in the coming months or leave England for Italy or Spain.

Aside from the Old Lady, the Frenchman is also a transfer target by Real Madrid, but the Turin club is making known its deep interest in getting Pogba back by sending a proposal that United can consider seriously. If the Premier League is interested, the proposed swap deal will make both Miralem Pjanic and Douglas Costa available.

In exchange, United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will only need to give back Pogba at a discounted rate. Metro said Juve is making the offer as the club could not gather the big price tag demanded by United for Pogba, believed to be set around £89 million.

It is understood that United will be compelled to study the deal given the possibility that Solskjaer can see Pogba heading to the exit door for free. That will happen if the midfielder will not sign on extra years soon.

Per the same report, the swap deal makes sense for both clubs. For United, it will be a chance to offload a player that has been plagued by injuries this season and who seemed unwilling to play his best for the club anyway.

On the part of Juventus, parting ways with two stars would mean saving up on wage expenses and getting ready on the expected high salary that Pogba will demand.

The deal playing out will greatly depend if the players offered by Juventus are acceptable to Solskjaer. United has made known its interest on Matthijs de Ligt, but the Dutch defender was not nominated by the Maurizio Sarri side, possibly because the player's agent is Mino Raiola.

United and Raiola have bad memories doing business, so De Ligt is certainly out of the question.

According to The Sun though, Pjanic and Aaron Ramsey will certainly for United. The Bosnian is a top midfielder for Juventus and will likely complement the presence of Bruno Fernandes at United's attacking tactics.

Ramsey, on the other hand, is known ready to depart from Turin in the summer, so getting him to Solskjaer's side should be a breeze.

Said the report: "Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is a known fan and believes Ramsey has the right attitude to shine at Old Trafford."
