Anyone who has seen Avengers: Endgame was understandably devastated when Tony Stark decided to sacrifice himself to save the world. But how far would someone go to make sure Iron Man will be back in the Marvel Cinematic Universe? Jackson Wang of Got7 decided to got straight to the source in an effort to resurrect the fallen superhero. Jackson has just reached out to MCU director Joe Russo and begged him to bring back the dead Avenger.

There is little doubt that Tony Stark went through a lot in Avengers: Endgame. At the start of the film, he and Nebula were stuck in the Benatar after Thanos snapped his fingers and eliminated half of the universe. Those several months being stuck in space changed Tony's perspective as soon as he was saved and brought back to Earth by Captain Marvel. Tony decided to retire from being Iron Man and chose to live a normal life with Pepper Potts.

Luckily, Tony Stark later changed his mind and decided to help in fighting Thanos yet again in Avengers: Endgame. Unfortunately, this decision would also cost him his life. In the climactic battle sequence, Tony had to stop the Mad Titan from snapping his fingers yet again after putting on the Infinity Gauntlet. To do so, Tony himself snatched the Gauntlet, wore it himself and did the snap that was too powerful for his own human body.

Tony Stark's death may have been viewed as a proper conclusion for the character but several fans are still unhappy that Iron Man is no longer a part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. One of these fans happens to be Jackson Wang of Got7, who reached out to Avengers: Endgame co-director Joe Russo during the filmmaker's livestream. In the call, the idol pointed out that there were several ways to bring Iron Man back to the MCU.

At this point, it is unclear if Jackson Wang's plea worked on Joe Russo, who had co-directed Avengers: Endgame. After all, the Marvel Cinematic Universe is already set to introduce new characters instead of focusing on the superheroes who have already been killed off. Nevertheless, there is little doubt that the Got7 member is hoping that Russo will consider his request. In the meantime, Iron Man's return to the MCU is still unconfirmed.

Jackson Wang and the rest of Got7 are currently promoting their new mini-album DYE. which was released on April 20.
