Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will once again have another movie for television based on their decision to step down as senior members of the royal family. Titled Harry & Meghan: Escaping the Palace, it's the third installment on the movie franchise that Lifetime made about the Sussexes.

After the first two installments, Harry & Meghan: A Royal Romance and Harry & Meghan: Becoming Royal, Lifetime is now working on the third movie about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. Although Harry & Meghan: Escaping the Palace is just the film's working title, it's believed to stick around.

"The biopic will chronicle the couple's controversial conscious uncoupling from the crown, after the birth of their son Archie," the movie's synopsis read, per TVLine. "The movie details the struggles of the new parents and unique challenges of being part of the royal family, which ultimately led Harry and Meghan to give up their royal ties to forge a new life on their own terms."

Although no other specific details have been revealed yet, the third Lifetime movie may follow everything that happens on Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's life a year after Archie's birth. It may cover the time they announced their decision to step back from their senior royal roles to be financially independent, the alleged feud with the royal family, and their move to Canada and California, E! News noted.

Lifetime also has yet to reveal who will play the roles of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. According to Town & Country, the network used different actors in the first and second Harry & Meghan movies. So, it may once again use a different cast for the third film.

Previously, Parisa Fitz-Henley and Tiffany Marie Smith played Meghan Markle in the first and second movies, while Murray Fraser and Charlie Field took the role of Prince Harry. Also, the network has yet to announce the film's release date.

It remains to be seen when Harry & Meghan: Escaping the Palace will be out or if it's already in production, as all film activities today are stopped due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This film will follow the franchise's 2018 first movie, Harry & Meghan: A Royal Romance, which was about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's blossoming romance. Its 2019 sequel, Harry & Meghan: Becoming Royal, on the other hand, revealed the joy and challenged they faced as senior members of the royal family during the first year of their marriage.
