The talks just won't die down - Giannis Antetokounmpo appeared quite happy with his superstar status at Milwaukee but he is hounded by the speculations of leaving the Bucks soon as he can and joined up with the Warriors. It's hard to deny it can happen because of the reigning MVP's strong links with Stephen Curry.

Numerous reports have emerged in the past months that Curry is working to repeat what he did with Kevin Durant. The Dubs' franchise man played a huge role in getting KD out of OKC and that move led to the team winning two NBA titles.

Now that KD is with Brooklyn, it seemed that Curry's next target is the Greek Freak, and according to NBC Sports, Antetokounmpo might just say yes to the wooing. And if the Warriors would indeed land the Bucks star, it's undeniable that the dominant reason for the move is Curry.

It has been established that Curry and Antetokounmpo have become good friends and it's an open secret in the league that they respect and admire each other. So it would not come as a surprise if the two pals dream of playing together and most likely, it is the younger one who will make the switch.

And Antetokounmpo will make the jump due to the ties with Curry that he is delighted about. Per the same report, the 25-year-old is a big fan of the two-time MVP and has been vocal about that fact numerous times.

"Giannis said Steph is one of his all-time favorite players," the report said.

That admiration seemed to serve as the anchor of a flourishing friendship that saw two huddling in courtside a number of times, further fueling the rumors of the active campaign by the Dubs to bring Antetokounmpo to the Bay Area.

The work to make Antetokounmpo part of the Warriors roster has long started and the report said GSW has toyed with the idea when it became clear that Durant would leave last summer for the Nets. That is why the possibility is there that Antetokounmpo will want to go west when he becomes a free agent next year or he could do it in a rush by demanding to be traded in the offseason.

Now the Warriors making the move on the Bucks superstar makes perfect sense, according to Clutch Points. GSW will want to win more championships and bringing in Antetokounmpo, a relatively young blood, seems to be the key.

The Dubs are not exactly a young team, at least when considering the team's core players. When the next campaign starts, Curry will be 33 while both Klay Thompson and Draymond Green will turn 31. It will be only a few years and the team could soon run out of steam.

However, Curry recently insisted that the Warriors dynasty is far from done, which could mean the team intends to make some upgrades, and signing Antetokounmpo is but the first move.
