Meghan Markle is, reportedly, spending a lot of time with her mom, Dorian Ragland, since she and Prince Harry moved to Los Angeles. A source apparently revealed that the Duchess of Sussex has been seeing Doria a lot despite the social distancing rule amid this pandemic.

According to reports, Meghan has been sneaking a mother and daughter bonding time the moment she returned to her hometown in March. Earlier, there were speculations that Meghan was unable to see her mother because of the stay-at-home orders in California.

The source also said that Meghan is slowly realizing that she and Prince Harry might have the same problems with the media in U.S. as they did in the U.K. Sources said the reaction from her recent video with Archie has been a learning experience.

Meghan received some criticisms from Something Borrowed author Emily Giffin when she slammed the Duchess of Sussex for being an unnatural mother in the video. Giffin has since apologized for her reaction but it made Meghan see that what happens in London, where she gets negative press, can also happen in America

Meanwhile, reports state that Prince Harry is, allegedly, not happy with the term "Megxit" to refer to his and Meghan's step back from royal life. According to the upcoming biography, Finding Freedom, Prince Harry felt that the word suggested it was Meghan's decision for them to leave the royal family.

According to insiders, Prince Harry is the main driver of this decision to leave the royal family and Finding Freedom will reveal the truth about this choice. Apparently, the Duke of Sussex has been unhappy with this royal role for "a long, long time" and received the support he needed from his wife.

Finding Freedom was written by Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand, two royal journalists who were allowed to follow Prince Harry and Meghan for months before they gave up on their royal duties. Sources, however, said that Scobie and Durand were able to talk to just the people around the Sussexes and not the royals themselves.

A spokesperson for the couple said that the Prince Harry and Meghan are not officially endorsing Finding Freedom despite the journalists' good relationship with the royals. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are not going to profit from the book, nor benefit from its release, which is set for August.
