This comes as good news for aspiring producers who want to take their music to the global platform. In its announcement, YG Entertainment said that they are looking for rookie producers who will serve as YG's in house producers and work with the stable of Kpop idols like BIGBANG, BLACKPINK, AKMU, iKON, and WINNER, Kpopstarz reported.

The exciting part about the audition is that apart from being open worldwide, it did not impose limits on the age of applicants. The audition will take place in two phases. Applicants who submit their entries from May 25 to June 30 will initially be screened. Those who pass the first round will be trained for three months by YG producers. This will be a paid training and will serve as a probationary period to determine who will make it to the next phase. The winner will be determined after a final section process and will land the job as YG's in-house producer.

In its statement, YG Entertainment promised to provide support to the development of the applicants with help from YG's stable of talented producers who are responsible for hits like Fantastic Baby,  I am the Best, Kill This Love and Love Scenario, among other hits.
