Kate Middleton and Prince William are to become the future King and Queen Consort of the United Kingdom. Since their marriage in 2011, they have already come a long way, particularly in their lives as senior royals.
Over the years, royal fans and supporters have apparently loved and adored the Cambridge couple. In fact, next to Queen Elizabeth II, they are the most popular and highly-rated British Royals.
With their unwavering dedication to the Crown, as well as their characters that are deemed to be "relatable" in modern times, it is not reportedly surprising why they are always praised and commended by the public. Just like the British Monarch, they have a strong sense of duty, as per claims.
But, aside from fulfilling their duties and responsibilities as the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton and Prince William are also reportedly looking up to the Queen's relationship to her husband, Prince Philip. As reported, they are "inspired" by the "closeness" that the royal couple has since then.
According to Hello! magazine, the Duke and Duchess revealed these things in an interview for ITV's documentary, Our Queen at Ninety. Kate reportedly said that she and her husband are "struck" by the Monarch's "sense of duty" and commitment to the Crown. However, she said that they think of it as a "very lonely" place if pursued all by one's self.
But, in the case of Queen Elizabeth II, Kate Middleton reportedly described that what she has as her "support" in the form of her husband, Prince Philip, is "really special." She also went on to share that she and Prince William still have "a long way to go." Nevertheless, it is all "fantastic," the Duchess added.
While they seemingly conceded that there are lots of work that must be done in the coming years, in terms of their marriage, Cheat Sheet claimed that Kate Middleton and Prince William's relationship have remained strong since then. As pointed out, they have been through "thick and thin," which has allowed them to further mature in their marriage.
The publication then went on to assert that things were not always easy for the Cambridge couple. It was said that they faced a lot of allegations and scandals, especially on the Duke of Cambridge's part.
With all of the cheating scandals and allegations thrown over at them, it was said that it further adds to the overall challenge of living their lives as key royals. But, despite all of it, Kate Middleton and Prince William have reportedly always come out much stronger and closer to each other.
