Mia Tindall, Queen Elizabeth's six-year-old great-granddaughter, is now back in school just like most of the children in the U.K. after nearly three months of homeschooling. Her dad, Mike Tindall, the husband of Queen Elizabeth's grandchild, Zara Tindall, shares his big relief as he dropped off his daughter in class on June 1.

Mike posted on a gif on Twitter to show just how much he was looking forward to sending Mia back to school. It was of Forrest Gump sprinting fast and Mike said that this was how he felt after the school drop off. Mike's joke received a few comments, mostly from parents who understood what he meant.

The U.K. gradually opened classes for reception pupils, as well as year 1 and year 6 students on June 1. In the next few weeks, the rest of the students will also be back to class, barring any incidents or rise in coronavirus cases.

Zara's husband has been vocal about the struggles of homeschooling Mia amid this coronavirus lockdown in a previous interview. He said the experience of guiding the daughter with school work at home is both nice and frustrating.

Mike said that he took over the homeschooling duties of Mia since his wife had to keep training the horses during the daytime. The dad of two realized that children are not built to be homeschoolers because they need someone, other than their parents, to listen to.

The former professional player said that Mia enjoyed her first week of homeschooling in March and the fact that her parents got to spend more time with her at home. After a while, however, it was no longer fun for the Tindalls as Mike said Mia got tired of her parents telling her what she has to do to comply with her school work.

Mike said that Mia has her brilliant moments when homeschooling on some days. On other days, however, she would tell her dad that she doesn't know how to do things she has actually done before.

Zara's other half has also been looking forward to the reopening of golf courses in England after months of shutting down to stop the spread of the virus. The avid sportsman was one of the first to be back in the fairway and he posted photos on his social media with a happy smile on his face.

Meanwhile, also expected to be back in school is Prince William and Kate Middleton's daughter, Princess Charlotte, who is a year younger than Mia. However, Daily Express reported that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge likely didn't sendtheir daughter to her classes Monday since Prince George's classes won't open until the following week. Earlier, reports revealed that Prince William and Kate would like Princess Charlotte and Prince George to continue homeschooling together and go back to school together as well.
