George Clooney, allegedly, returned to the U.S. amidst the coronavirus pandemic and has sparked new tension with Fabio Lanzoni. The two have been the subjects of a tabloid's story that alleged Clooney and Lanzoni have renewed their beef with each other.

The National Enquirer claimed Clooney has resurrected his decades-long feud with Lanzoni with his mere return to Los Angeles. An insider for the tabloid alleged the two hate each other's guts too much and they can't be in one place.

A source of the National Enquirer claimed Lanzoni feels like the Argo actor is stepping into his turf by returning to L.A. as he has considered the city as his town now after the Geroge settled in Europe when he married Amal. The tabloid suggested that the Italian-American fashion model doesn't care where Clooney lives as long as it is not in L.A.

Clooney and Lanzoni's first encounter occurred in 2007. The two, reportedly, got into an argument at a restaurant in L.A. and had to be physically separated.

After that, Lanzoni, reportedly, made a comment on how he could have beaten the Batman actor if their argument had come to that. In a 2008 interview, Clooney responded lightheartedly to Fabio's comments. Amal Clooney's husband said Lanzoni could probably beat him up since the latter is a big guy. The tabloid added Lanzoni also heard Clooney thinks he is some type of big shot who deserves special treatment.

While it's true that there is bad blood between Clooney and Lanzoni, it is not true that they are itching for a confrontation again. Moreover, it is also not true that Clooney is back in L.A.

The Oscar-winning actor has been splitting his time between Europe and L.A. because of work prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, since early this year, George has been staying at his mansion in London with Amal and their twins.

Gossip Cop added that the confrontation between George and Fabio happened 13 years ago and they never had an encounter again. To call it a feud or rivalry is an overstatement.

The only thing that concerns Clooney right now is not his rumored feud with Fabio Lanzoni but the tension on the streets of America. In his essay for the Daily Beast, the actor/activist poured his heart out and expressed his views about the nationwide protests in his home country following the death of George Floyd.

He called the anti-black racism in the country as "America's greatest pandemic" that infected everyone and 400 years later, they still have found a vaccine.

The actor also dug on President Donald Trump's tweet about shooting looters. He said the country needs policymakers and politicians that treat its people equally and not leaders who add fuel to the hatred and violence around them. He ended his powerful piece by saying that Americans can only bring a lasting change in their country by voting in November.
