Melania Trump is not just the First Lady of the United States. It appeared that she is also President Donald Trump's stage mentor and has been his constant advisor on how he should present himself in public, at least aesthetically speaking.

The newly released unauthorized biography of Melania Trump revealed so much about the First Family. It appeared that the president did not only trust his wife is choosing his running mate in the 2016 elections, Melania also has a say on how Trump appeared in public.

The book, The Art of Her Deal: The Untold Story of Melania Trump by Washington Post reporter Mary Jordan, dropped on June 16. Prior to its release, excerpts from the book were released and it included some of the juicer revelations about the Trumps. It includes the reason why Melania did not immediately move to the White House after Trump took the oath, the First Lady tensed relationship with Ivanka, and how frightened The Apprentice star was when his Access Hollywood scandalous video came out.

Apart from all of these, the book has more to reveal as such Melania being POTUS's stage mentor. According to the Daily Beast, the book revealed that the former model has been giving her husband tips on how he presents himself.

It indicated that Melania usually manages her husband's appearance. It is not surprising since Mrs. Trump has years of experience in modeling.

Apparently, the 50-year-old mother of one has taught Trump how to stand properly, how he can be photographed in the most flattering way, and more. Melania was, reportedly, heard telling the president to slightly lift and extend his chin during photoshoots. She also tells him that he can tighten and define his facial muscles by placing his tongue on the roof of his mouth.

Melania also always reminds Trump to try to stand further in group photos to have the effect of making him look slimmer. Moreover, Melania has installed professional lights in the room in the White House where many of her husband's official photos are taken.

Mrs. Trump's stage-managing her husband's appearance goes beyond photo ops and public speeches. She also does it when they host or attend official functions as the First Couple.

The book cited as an example the state dinner the Trumps hosted for French President Emmanuel Macron and his wife, Brigitte, in April 2018. Jordan said Melania has overheard "stage managing" her husband's movements during the state dinner.
