Prince William turned 38 On June 21, and his birthday this year was particularly special as it landed on Father’s Day as well. The celebration was marked in the royal family's social media accounts with some heartwarming family photos.
Despite being the future King and Queen of Consort, meaning they have very hectic schedules, Prince William and Kate Middleton have proved numerous times that their children Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis will always be their top priority. That being said, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s Instagram account shared photos of the older son of Prince Charles and the late Princess Diana with their three kids a day before his birthday.
“The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very pleased to share a new picture of The Duke with Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis ahead of The Duke’s birthday tomorrow,” the caption read. It also noted that the snap was taken by Kate Middleton earlier this month.
The adorable photo showed Prince William sitting on a swing as Prince Louis sat on his lap, and Prince George and Princess Charlotte were standing next to them. Royal fans then pointed out Princess Charlotte's resemblance to Princess Diana.
"Charlotte looks like Diana here,” one wrote. Many then shared that Princess Charlotte's expression reminds them so much of Princess Diana.
Princess Diana was known for her smile. She would usually tilt her head down a little as she looked at someone or the camera and smirked or smiled shyly — that’s exactly what Princess Charlotte did on Prince William’s Birthday photo.
Meanwhile, a previous report revealed that Prince William “misses” Princess Diana. The Duke of Cambridge is said to be keeping his mother’s memories alive, not only for himself but for his children Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis as well.

The royal commentator shared that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge share stories about the Princess of Wales to Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis and told them that they would love their grandmother.
Princess Diana had been a huge influence on Prince William and Prince Harry. The People’s Princess showed her boys that they can still live a normal life despite being a member of the Royal Family and the brothers seem to be doing the same thing with their own children as well.
