Despite the rumors about the Royal Family's treatment of Meghan Markle, Lady Colin Campbell revealed she had received "greater privileges" compared to other royal fiancées - even Kate Middleton. The 70-year-old author added that everyone in Prince Harry's family went out of their way to warmly welcome her with open arms.
The Royal Family had embraced Meghan Markle that they never did with anyone else before. This just proved that in spite of the adverse reports about the two parties, the monarchy had treated her well.
In an interview with Daily Star Online, the I'm a Celebrity ... Get Me Out of Here star confirmed that the former actress was the only fiancée who was invited to Windsor even before she tied the knot with the Duke of Sussex. She, too, was the only newlywed who Queen Elizabeth II asked to join her on daily engagement.
Despite just being wedded to Prince Harry, the Duchess of Sussex was already given the privilege to stand behind Her Majesty at Buckingham Palace. She was also given more considerable advantages and embraced like no one else before.
Campbell continued that Queen Elizabeth even began to like Meghan Markle and her "dominant personality." With this behavior, the former Suits star was never shy to walk into a room and take control of it.
Allegedly, the author of Diana in Private claimed that Prince Harry's wife had shown her dominant behavior with everyone throughout her life. Hence, she knew that she had no reason to change her attitude when she joined the Royal Family.
Queen Elizabeth herself, reportedly, loved people with "dominant and vivacious personalities." Luckily, Meghan Markle could be "very vivacious, charming, and appealing."
According to Express, the mother-of-one recently showed her dominant attitude when she supported the Black Lives Matter movement. In a video message for her former Los Angeles high school, Immaculate Heart, she talked about the tragic deaths of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, and other Black Americans who were victims of racism.
She said the new graduates would have empathy for those people who did not see the world like the way they did. As she knew that her former school's teaching was "diverse, vibrant, and open-minded," she was sure they knew that Black Lives Matter.
Meghan Markle then brushed over the protests happening in L.A., saying it was absolutely devastating. Although she admitted that she was not sure of what to say to them, she wanted to utter the right thing, as the wrong thing that she could say was not to say anything at all.
