J-Hope usually does a cute voice, especially when he’s trying to make ARMYs burst into UWUs. But, recently, the BTS rapper surprised the whole fandom with his deep voice, and no one was ready for it.

In Run BTS! Episode 109, the BTS boys were tasked to do some dubbing for three very popular animated films: The Lion King, Toy Story, and Zootopia.

In The Lion King, J-Hope was given the role of the villain, Scar. Known for his bubbly personality, many wondered if he could pull it off. The BTS rapper was given the title “Sunshine” by ARMYS because of his bright and positive vibe.

Scar is one of the most hated Disney villains while J-Hope is one of the most well-loved idols in the K-pop world. It’s quite easy to see that The Lion King character and the BTS star are the complete opposite of each other.

However, J-Hope shocked everyone when his impersonation of Scar was on point. ARMYs then took to Twitter to share how surprised they were.

“Hobi as Scar is something I didn’t know that I needed so much in my life. HE’S AMAZING,” one posted. “Wait! OMG! He owned that. Let me watch this 10 more times,“ another one commented. “Just when I thought this man couldn't get any more attractive, he does this,” one ARMY shared.

It is worth noting that J-Hope had his signature bright smile while delivering Scar’s lines. (Watch the clip here).

This is not the first time that J-Hope drove the fandom into a frenzy with his deep voice. On Bon Voyage Season 4 Episode 6, RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook were still enjoying another camping day in New Zealand. Just like the previous night, the BTS boys had to sleep in the camper van, tent, and inside the car.

The next morning, all the BTS members woke up one by one. J-Hope dragged himself out of bed. And since the sun was directly beaming on his face, the BTS star said: “JK, my face was cooking in the sunlight.” And that’s when ARMYs heard the tone that they have never heard before. Many commented on how deep and sexy J-Hope’s morning voice was. “Can we talk about his voice after he just woke up?” one fan wrote on Twitter. “He looks and sounds DAMN fine though. Wow, Hoseok. This messy, sleepy look and his voice make me feel some kind of way,” another one commented.
