Lady Colin Campbell, once again, swiped at Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, calling the Duke of Sussex a "much less intelligent character" than his wife. The British socialite alleged that the sixth in line to the throne would "go along" with whatever the Duchess of Sussex would say because he is desperate to "please" her.
While promoting her new book, Meghan and Harry: The Real Story, the 70-year-old author told OK! Magazine that the Sussexes, indeed, have a powerful relationship, but Meghan is the one who wears the "trousers." She even alleged that her husband is "besotted with her."
In her opinion, the television and radio personality said Prince Harry is a "much less intelligent character" than Meghan. She believed he is very desperate to amuse her. So, he follows whatever she says -- no matter how "ill-conceived" it is.
Although she cannot deny that the couple has a solid relationship, she seems to be convinced that the former actress is the one who is in control. She even seems to say that Meghan is the man in their marriage.
She, also, accused the former Suits stars of being "dominating," although she has a charming and captivating personality like Princess Diana was when she was still married to Prince Charles. Campbell, then, alleged that Meghan has an ambition to "outshine" the late People's Princess.
Anyhow, she explained that Meghan seems to misread the situation and her plan to be famous in Los Angeles, where they currently reside with their one-year-old son Archie, will never "take off" in the way she thinks it will. Previously, Campbell claimed the mother-of-one wanted to hire the "best Instagrammers" to make her the "most popular woman" in the world, The Sun noted earlier this month.
In Meghan and Harry: The Real Story, she declared that Meghan wanted to be more famous than Princess Diana. Allegedly, the 38-year-old royal relocated to LA with the specific objective to hire the most prominent influencers on Instagram to make the most popular Instagram account for her.
Campbell continued Meghan wanted the said page to have the most followers than anyone in the world. Allegedly, she wanted to be bigger than Princess Diana, so she needed these influencers to make her the most famous woman.
Campbell, then, revealed that her information about Meghan came from Liz Brewer, the socialite doyenne of the British aristocratic PR world. Alternatively, Brewer's source was, reportedly, from someone at Buckingham Palace's PR Office and a European prince whose knowledge came from a British Royal.
