The chief goal for Paris Saint-Germain manager Thomas Tuchel this season is to write history and achieve a quadruple. Ligue 1 is in the pocket and two more domestic trophies are lined up. The biggest target for the Parisians in the season is capturing the Champions League with the boost provided by Neymar.

The club is preparing for the big games by playing on friendlies and in the three games played so far, Neymar displayed the top form expected of him. The Brazilian impressed by scoring four goals across all the matches as if stating the obvious that he did not mind the long break from football at all.

Yahoo Sport said PSG cruised through the victories without conceding any goals. Yet most important, Neymar flashed an impressive form that got Tuchel even more excited. The German is looking to see his club superstar doing what he does best - flexing his antics and winning.

The next two weeks will be busy for the Parc des Princes side. Tuchel will lead his squad against Saint-Etienne on Friday and the objective is for the club to score trophy No. 2 in the season by winning the Coupe de France.

Then a few days after, the Coupe de la Ligue will be up for grabs. PSG will need to defeat Lyons to get that third silverware and Tuchel appeared quite confident that he has three trophies in the bag. His side, after all, can count on the excellence of Neymar plus the proven goalscoring prowess of Kylian Mbappe.

The biggest prize, however, that the German boss is shooting for is the Champions League, and Tuchel appeared happy that Neymar is in top form and all set for the battles that PSG will be taking in the weeks ahead.

"He [Neymar] came back in a good state of mind, in good shape ... He adapts super quickly to all training sessions, he got up to speed very quickly," Goal reported the PSG coach as saying.

Tuchel said the Brazilian striker will be quite visible for PSG in the matches to come. He admitted that his game design call for Neymar to be on the pitch for as many minutes as possible, of course with the intention to win.

The Parisians will face off with Atalanta on August 12 in Lisbon, Portugal for the UCL quarterfinals, and according to Forbes, Neymar's singular goal heading to that competition is to win the title for his club.

"He will be going all out to win the competition, for the collective glory but also because it would considerably alter perceptions of him as an individual," said the report.

The record favors for a Champions League ending that will see Neymar and his club as the winner. He has appeared 57 times in the European competition and registered 57 goals and assists. And the Brazilian has won the title while still wearing the Barcelona shirt.
