Prince William and Prince Harry may likely be reunited for an upcoming wedding in the family. Their cousin on their mother's side, Lady Amelia Spencer, got engaged to her long-time boyfriend Greg Mallet.

Lady Amelia is the daughter of Earl Charles Spencer, Princess Diana's brother. He enthusiastically shared his daughter's engagement on social media with a photo of the soon-to-be-married couple.

According to Hello, Prince William and Prince Harry continue to have close ties with the Spencers so it's likely that they will be invited to the upcoming wedding. Princess Diana's family was present when Prince William married Kate Middleton in 2011. They were, also, at the wedding of Prince Harry to Meghan Markle in 2018.

Lady Jane Fellowes, Princess Diana's sister, read passages during the wedding ceremony of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. The Spencers were, also, special guests at the christening of Archie Harrison, Prince Harry's first-born with Meghan.

According to The Telegraph, Lady Jane was one of the first visitors of Prince Harry and Meghan upon Archie's birth. Apparently, she was there to welcome the baby's arrival ahead of Prince William and Kate.

The Earl Spencer, on the other hand, posted a tweet to welcome Archie's birth. He said that it's a "really lovely news" to have another Taurean in the family.

Princess Diana's only brother gave an inspiring eulogy during her burial in 1997. The Earl Spencer said that he hopes his sister's legacy would shine brighter through Prince William and Prince Harry. The royal brothers, who were 15 and 12 when Princess Diana died, applauded their uncle after he spoke.

When Prince William decided to study in Eton, his Uncle Charles gave him a rundown of expectations as an alum of the prestigious school. Princess Diana's siblings often visited Prince William and Prince Harry when they were at Eton's boarding school, long after their mother passed away.

The Spencers also had their own family issues and Princess Diana's siblings always didn't get along even after her death. But, the nieces and nephews got on well together and Prince Charles didn't prevent his sons to have a relationship with more than a dozen of their cousins on the Spencer side.

In their younger years, the Spencer cousins would be seen partying with Prince William and Prince Harry at some of London's hottest spots. Some of the Spencer cousins are also, reportedly, godparents to the children of Prince William and Kate.
