The filming of six dramas, including Hwang Jung Eum's To All The Guys Who Loved Me, temporarily halted production after cast members tested positive for COVID-19. 

According to a report by Soompi, Seo Sung Jong, one of the cast of To All The Guys Who Loved Me, recently tested positive for COVID-19. In response, everyone who came into contact with the actor was tested for the virus. 

Production for the drama Do Do Sol Sol La La Sol was also halted after actor Heo Dong Won tested positive. Seo Sung Jong and Heo Dong Won recently worked together on a play entitled Jjampong

Seo Yi Sook, an actor working in Suzy Bae and Nam Joo Hyuk's new drama, was also tested after he came into contact with Heo Dong Won. Production for the drama was suspended pending his test result. 

It was recently reported Jjampong, the play that Seo Sung Jong and Heo Dong Won star in, announced 15 cast and crew tested positive. Among those was veteran actor Kim Won Hae. 

As a result, production for JTBC's drama More Than Friends stopped production because actress Kim Hee Jung came in contact with Kim Won Hae. The two actors shot a scene together Aug. 12. Production is expected to resume pending test results, Soompi reported. 

As part of safety precautions, Private Life, which stars Girls Generation Seohyun, and Go Kyung Pyo, was suspended. According to JTBC, one cast member was involved in a different drama where a positive case was reported. 

Shin Se Kyung and Im Siwan's Run On also paused filming after a staff member came into contact with a suspected positive case. The staff member has been tested and is awaiting results. 

Early this week, Mnet's idol survival show I-LAND temporarily shut down its set and filming after a cleaner was found to be positive for COVID-19. 

Producers said the cleaner was alone and wearing a mask on the set. Cast and staff underwent testing.

Partial filming resumed shortly after the results came back negative. Staff who hadn't receive test results were not allowed back to work.
