BTS is currently living in a luxury apartment complex located at Yongsan-gu, Seoul, which is in the center of a wealthy neighborhood. RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V and Jungkook are rich enough to purchase their own multimillion dollar homes.

However, things were not that great during their trainee days. In fact, the boys had to cramp up in a tiny, messy place. Also, they had to deal with a lot of uninvited guests - mosquitoes.

In Episode 2 of In the SOOP, RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V and Jungkook recalled funny stories about their old dorm while they were eating dinner. The members talked about RM, who is normally an animal and nature lover, taking out a flashlight to kill the mosquitoes.

"It was really hard when he'd direct the flashlight into our faces to catch mosquitoes," V said. "We didn't set a date for it, but when Namjoon had the light on, he was determined to get them all," Jimin added - sending the other boys into laughter.

The BTS boys even said there were a lot of bloodstains in their dorm from killing their mortal enemies. Suga said he used to wonder if someone in the apartment below them was breeding mosquitoes because they couldn't seem to get rid of them no matter how hard they tried. "I really thought someone was breeding mosquitoes," he said.

Of course, BTS doesn't have to deal with mosquitoes anymore as they are living a lot more comfortably than before. But just because the boys have achieved fame and fortune that doesn't mean that they are worry free.

In fact, Suga reflected on his inner shadow years before his solo "Interlude: Shadow" was released. In a lengthy diary-entry style Twitter post in 2016, the BTS rapper talked about what it was like to separate his real self from his BTS persona.

Suga began to reveal his innermost thoughts as Min Yoongi, someone who is not as tough as Suga. While his BTS persona is known for being almost emotionless, Min Yoongi cares a lot about what other people think and feel.

Suga's "Interlude: Shadow" lyrics seemingly proved that success doesn't necessarily mean happiness. The BTS star also discovered that success comes with a price, and he seemed to not be ready for it. "No one told me how lonely it is up here," he rapped.
