J-Hope has such a unique eye for fashion that ARMYs have been begging him for years to launch his own fashion line. Since the BTS star’s sister already owns a shop, many believe that this idea is not far from becoming reality.
But years have passed, and there’s still no update on whether J-Hope will be releasing his own brand soon. But on August 23, Jimin drove ARMYs into a frenzy after he seemingly hinted that their wish for a J-Hope fashion line would finally be coming true.
Jimin took to Twitter to share four photos of himself wearing a Chanel sweatshirt, a crossbody bag, and a pair of yellow sunglasses. Since ARMYs are known for selling out anything BTS wears, fans were zooming the photos to look for the brands that Jimin was wearing.
Unlike his sweatshirt, which has a huge “Chanel” brand name in front, his crossbody bag and sunglasses were quite tricky to figure out. But when detective ARMYs took a closer look at the BTS star’s sunnies, they almost had a heart attack.
On the upper left corner of Jimin’s sunglasses, the word “J-Hope” can be clearly seen. (Check out the photo here). Since there were already high hopes for the BTS rapper to create his own fashion line, ARMYs took it as a sign that a J-Hope brand is on the way.
“Okay, Jimin was giving us a hint with this one because he’ll be the model for J-Hope’s exclusive fashion line, including these stylish sunglasses,” one wrote. “Either Hoseok has a clothing line, or Jimin just likes engraving ‘J-Hope’ on his sunglasses for no reason. I mean both very valid reasons,” another one posted. “Jimin’s sunglasses say J-Hope. Now either it’s custom or Hobi is bringing out his own sunglasses range. I know which one I believe,” one ARMY shared.
J-Hope is known for being a huge fan of accessories. The “Ego” rapper has been rocking a pair of trendy sunglasses for years, and he had been doing that quite a lot recently.
However, BTS owns a couple of customized items, and this one is no different. As it turns out, Jimin was wearing customized sunnies for J-Hope from the brand CARIN. JM probably borrowed JH’s pair when he took his selfies, not knowing the panic he has caused to ARMYs.
Meanwhile, many have noticed that J-Hope stays on brand every time BTS goes out for promotions, appearances, and more. While RM, Jin, Suga, Jimin, V, and Jungkook would usually wear a very similar color palette, J-Hope a.k.a “Sunshine” will show up in his most colorful ensemble.
J-Hope is also a huge trendsetter. And because of that, ARMYs are still crossing their fingers that his own fashion line will be out soon.
