A new set of leaked images reveals the design and features of the rumored iPad Air 4. There have been numerous rumors and leaks surrounding the next-generation iPad Air. While nothing is official at the time of this publishing, the industry may now have an idea of what the upcoming device would look like.

Industry insider with the Twitter handle DuanRui, shared on the microblogging site several images of the alleged instruction pamphlet of the iPad Air 4. The pamphlet is written in Spanish, but it shows an illustration of an interestingly different iPad Air that looks a lot like the new iPad Pro. The alleged iPad Air 4 features a thin bezel full-screen face.

Additionally, the small instruction booklet mentions that the upcoming iPad Air 4 would drop the Lightning port and instead sport a USB-C, similar to the iPad Pro. With the USB-C, Apple could develop a dedicated Magic Keyboard accessory for the device. The images also show that the upcoming device would support Touch ID with the sensor built at the power button.

Earlier speculations claimed that Apple might want to bring down the cost of the ipad Air 4. As a result, the company may resort to using a regular 60 Hz display refresh rate instead of the 120 Hz ProMotion display. Other previous rumors suggested that the upcoming iPad Air 4 would house Apple's A14 Bionic chip, which is reportedly powering the upcoming iPhone 12 series.

Another Apple tipster Lovetodream earlier spilled that the Cupertino company is developing an 11-inch iPad Air. It reportedly features an all-screen display with an under-display version of Touch ID instead of Face ID. Taiwan-based publication Digitimes, previously mentioned that a 10.8-inch iPad Air is arriving sometime in the second half of this year.

Meanwhile, TFI Securities Analyst and reliable Apple tipster Ming-Chi Kuo said that Apple is working on a 10.8-inch iPad. He did not specify if it is an iPad Air or an iPad Pro. Kuo said that the device might arrive in the second half of 2020. There is a chance that these rumors are referring to the same device.

On August 23, 2020, Apple registered seven new iPad models with the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC). Some of these models could be the heavily-rumored iPad Air 4. Apple insider Jon Prosser earlier claimed that the new iPad might launch in the week starting September 7. The announcement of the said device would be through a press release, the tipster claimed.
