"Call of Duty Mobile" is reportedly nearing its release in Mainland China, according to a new report.

The latest information about the hit shooter mobile game from Activision came from Niko Partners Senior Analyst Daniel Ahmad. The industry insider specializes on the gaming market in Asia. According to him, the final test of "Call of Duty Mobile" for the Android platform is scheduled on October 20.

The industry insider also claimed that over 46 million people have already pre-registered for "Call of Duty Mobile" in the region. Tencent Games handles the game's publishing while TiMi Studios takes care of the game development. Reports have it that there might be differences in the released in Mainland China compared to the version released in other regions.

These variations is already expected since the Chinese government requested the developer to make several changes on "Call of Duty Mobile" for Mainland China. Earlier this month, various Indian sites reported that Activision Blizzard cut its ties with Tencent Games and TiMi Studios, which is related to "Call of Duty Mobile" in India. However, it appears that it isn't the case.

The continued relationship between these companies in China proved that the reports are highly unlikely. Several apps are now banned in India including the popular game "PUBG Mobile" along with 177 Chinese-associated apps. Meanwhile, rumors about "Call of Duty Warzone" arriving in the mobile gaming platform are now rife online.

Whispers online started when a now-removed job listing by Activision was spotted by "Call of Duty" insider CharlieIntel. On its official website, the gaming studio posted that it is looking for an Executive Producer, Features, to work on "WZM." The insider beleived that the term WZM is an acronym of the cstudio for "Call od Duty Warzone Mobile."

The said listing described the game as a new triple-A mobile first-person shooter in the "Call of Duty" franchise. "Call of Duty Warzone" has become solid force in the studio's lineup. The game has more than 75 million players since its release in March. The game continues to attract players een several months after its launch with fresh updates to keep the battle royale game exciting.

A "Call of Duty Warzone Mobile" game could further reinforce Activision's claim in teh mobile gaming industry. With "Call of Duty Mobile" also amassing massive player count, Activision could make "Warzone Mobile" as a premier battler royale game in the market like its rivals "PUBG" and "Fortnite."
