Kris Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian face new controversies following the shocking claims of Jenner's former bodyguard. On Wednesday, Page Six obtained a copy of court documents Marc McWilliams filed against the two celebrities and David Shield Security, Armor Protection Services Inc., according to Business World.

Based on the documents, the 64-year-old momager and her eldest daughter are facing charges for "sexual harassment, fostering a hostile work environment," retaliation, and "racial and gender discrimination." The former protection officer, also, claimed that he became a subject to a "pattern of unwanted and unwelcome advances," which all started in May 2017.

TMZ earlier reported that the claims included comments about Marc McWilliams' physical appearance, sexual activities, and even "comments that he engage in a sexual relationship" from Kris Jenner. The plaintiff added that the matriarch of the Kardashian-Jenner household "massaged his neck" and other parts of his body without asking for consent.

There are, also, allegations that Jenner rested her hand on his "thigh and groin," adding that she exposed some parts of her body to him. The former bodyguard, later on, noted that his former employer made several comments that are "lewd suggestive," racist, sexist, sexual, and "homophobic," not only to him but to his other co-workers, as well.

Reports continued that Marc McWilliams is "seeking damages" following his suspension-turned-termination. He, reportedly, complained to Kris Jenner, as well as to his supervisors at Shield Security. However, nothing happened following his complaints.

He obtained a suspension, though, from working for the 64-year-old momager. Before his eventual termination, he provided security, as well, for Kourtney Kardashian.

Days after the documents went public, Kris Jenner's lawyer, Marty Singer released an official statement, noting that Jenner and Kardashian "vehemently deny" the claims, which they deem as "false" and "fabricated." The lawyer, then, added that McWilliams never even went inside the celebrity's home. She never acted inappropriately toward him.

Singer continued that Kris Jenner had "very little interaction" with her former bodyguard. He, later on, revealed that McWilliams was let go by the security agency because of his behavior when at work. He was caught "sleeping in his car" many times at work.

Despite Kourtney Kardashian's inclusion in the list of the defendants, McWilliams did not accuse her of "doing anything improper." But, the camp's lawyer said that when the momager and the Poosh founder defeat the "frivolous lawsuit," they will immediately file a countersuit against the former bodyguard for "malicious prosecution."
