Activision recently rolled out the new beta trailer of "Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War" ahead of its kickoff this weekend, while a new leak may have revealed six possible maps in the upcoming game.
Game developers Treyarch and Activision released earlier today the new beta trailer of "Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War." Based on the footage, the upcoming beta will feature five modes. This includes Team Deathmatch, VIP Escort, Combined Arms: Domination, Domination, and Kill Confirmed. It appears that the Hardpoint mode has been replaced with VIP Escort.
The PS4 Alpha build of "Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War" just closed. It included five maps, namely Moscow, Satellite, Miami, Crossroads, and Armada. It also has the same number of modes as the beta except that it has Hardpoint instead of VIP Escort, as mentioned earlier. The upcoming beta will certainly feature almost the same content as the alpha with some significant differences.
Meanwhile, reliable "COD" insider BKTOOR recently shared a set of unannounced campaign cutscene. There is nothing new about the leaked cutscene, aside from the scenes showing several characters and a ship. The insider also shared several images showing the game's folder containing other footage.
The folder does not provide information about new vehicles of weapons arriving in "Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War." However, it bears location names, which include references to Russia, Nicaragua, Germany, and Vietnam. Interestingly, all of these places come with a 'cp' tag.
Rumors have it that this could mean that these locations could be a part of the game's campaign. Multiplayer files were also discovered in the said folders that bear what seemed to be names of maps. This includes Moscow, Satellite, Miami, Cartel and Tundra.

Two other files at the bottom feature the name DOA and Forest. These names come with 'wz' text in the title, which fans believe could indicate that these are game modes of "Call of Duty: Warzone." Earlier, Activision confirmed that "Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War" would share some of the features of "Call of Duty: Warzone."
It is highly likely that these files would be available in "Call of Duty: Warzone" when "Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War" releases on November 13. It is worth mentioning that while these recent discoveries are exciting, these are not official details. In this case, take this information with a pinch of salt.
"Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War" is set to arrive on PS4, Xbox One, PC, Xbox Series X, and PS5.
