Melania Trump remains silent over the latest bombshell tell-all book about her. But, the Justice Department has made its legal move against the author, Stephanie Winston Wolkoff.

On Tuesday, the department filed a suit against the former East Wing staff as she, reportedly, breached a confidentiality agreement, according to CNN. She published a tell-all book titled, Melania and Me: The Rise and Fall of My Friendship with the First Lady, on September 1.

The suit alleges that Wolkoff "promised to maintain strict confidentiality," adding that she was "prohibited from publishing" any other materials that would divulge any information. She did not, also, reportedly, send a draft of the book to Melania Trump nor her chief of staff to obtain authorization.

It, then, argues that she had "indirect access" to information that is related to the U.S. President and First Lady's official duties. These mainly include "personnel decisions and discussions" for the East Wing's initiative, Be Best. Alongside the claims, the lawsuit asks for the profits of the book "to be secured" in a government trust, according to USA Today.

Reports recalled that Stephanie Winston Wolkoff included several shocking claims in her book about Melania Trump and the rest of the members of the First Family. She, also, wrote about the details of the "fallout" of her friendship with the First Lady following her time inside the White House.

She started working with and for the East Wing during Donald Trump's inauguration. She organized the infamous event in 2017 after her "former friend" hired her to do so.

Wolkoff, then, became Melania's "first hire," acting as her senior advisor. She helped with her speeches, as well as "crafted" the main initiative of the East Wing, Be Best.

Reports clarified, though, that she was a special government employee. She did not receive payments for her services throughout her time working with the First Lady.

Several other reports, later on, noted that the book, Melania and Me, indulges its readers about the real nature of Melania Trump's relationship to Ivanka Trump. Some even said that it became the central point of the book as it focuses on the rivalry and power-struggles between the two women inside the White House.

While the First Lady did not make any personal comments about the material, the East Wing's chief of staff, Stephanie Grisham, dismissed all the claims written in the book. She said in a statement that Wolkoff's move in writing the material and recording secret tapes are "an exercise in bizarre twisting of the truth."
