It is, allegedly, impossible for Prince Andrew to have an intimate encounter with a then-17-year-old Virginia Giuffre at the home of the royal's friend, Ghislaine Maxwell, in London. The claim was made by Maxwell herself in a newly-released court transcript as part of her sex trafficking trial in New York.

Daily Mirror obtained details of the transcript where Maxwell said that Prince Andrew and Giuffre didn't likely have a tryst at her home's bathtub because it was too small for two people. Maxwell also denied that she bought the schoolgirl outfits Giuffre had to wear for her encounters with the Duke of York.

The ex-girlfriend of pedophile Jeffrey Epstein has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing and insisted that the accusations against her are made up. However, victims of Epstein claimed that she was the pimp behind his whole illegal operation. If convicted, Maxwell could be sentenced to 35 years in prison.

Giuffre has come out to accuse Prince Andrew of being in bed with her more than once when she was barely 18 years old and working for Epstein. After her confession, a photo of Giuffre with Prince Andrew, which was allegedly taken at Maxwell's home in 2001, surfaced online.

The Queen's son previously said that he cannot recall ever meeting Giuffre and claimed that their photo together at Maxwell's house might have been "doctored." The transcript also revealed that the Duke of York repeatedly told Maxwell in a phone call that Giuffre is a "liar."

Maxwell also denied the claims that Epstein used a "Prince Andrew puppet" to grope the girls who were working for him. However, she said she is familiar with the said toy but doesn't recall her ex-boyfriend using it on the bodies of young women.

She also said that she "never saw" any activities at Epstein's many houses that were "inappropriate" or involved underage women. However, Epstein was previously convicted for sexually abusing minors but received a commuted sentence more than 10 years ago.

In 2019, Epstein was arrested again for new charges as more victims came out. He took his own life while awaiting his trial in prison in August of that same year, while Maxwell went into hiding in the U.S.

Lawyers for Prince Andrew haven't issued any comment regarding the latest developments, according to NBC. Maxwell, meanwhile, is currently in a Brooklyn jail and has been locked up since her arrest in June.
