Big Hit Entertainment always makes sure that BTS is healthy at all times, considering their hectic schedule. In fact, RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook recently underwent a routine health check-up to know their health status and update.
RM was the first one who shared on Weverse that he had a health exam and revealed that he gained weight, which is pure muscle mass, from last year. The BTS leader also said that his body fat percentage is 15%, which is 5% higher than his goal, and said that he’ll try to work out even more.
Because of this revelation, ARMYs started asking the other BTS members on Weverse regarding their health results. When J-Hope, who clearly didn’t read RM’s post, logged into the social media platform, he was surprised that fans knew about their check-up.
After reading a lot of inquiries about it, J-Hope started to share some behind-the-scenes at their health exam. The BTS rapper hilariously revealed that the members turned into a giraffe during the check-up.
“The members become giraffes when they’re getting their height measured.... their necks just,,, seem to stretch out in such a fascinating way,” he said.
J-Hope’s post instantly brought ARMYs back to one particular episode of Run BTS! In Episode 92, RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook were playing the “True or False” game where they have to vote “O” if they agree with the question or statement, and “X” if they disagree.
Question number three read: “V has the second-longest arms in BTS.” Before they decided to vote for “O” or “X,” each of the boys needed to be measured.
Jimin, who is the shortest one in the group, knew he had to do something to not have the shortest arms. The “Filter” singer tried so hard to stretch his arms out that he looked almost distorted. At one point, JM even stepped on his hand and pulled it to stretch it even more.
Unfortunately for Jimin, his effort failed him as he ended up having the shortest arms out of the bunch. RM took the top spot with 79.8 cm reach, second is Jungkook with 78.5 cm, third is V with 78 cm, fourth is Suga with 77.4 cm, the fifth is J-Hope with 76.8 cm, sixth is Jin with 74.6 cm, and last is Jimin with 73.3 cm.
It’s no secret that visuals are very important in the K-pop world. But Jimin didn’t need to be the tallest or have the longest arm to gain attention as he is considered to be the most popular K-pop idol in recent history.
