The TV series' season finale aired in April. After a few months, fans can't still get over the Rose family's unique plot and storyline. Is it impossible for Schitt's Creek Season 7 to come to fruition?
Fox Exclusive enlists the plots fans want to explore if ever a new season will push through. Viewers clamor for the revival of the "Sunrise Bay" episode with Nicole Kidman.
They want to know more about Patrick's (Noah Reid) parent return or visit to the Brewers for a family dinner. It, too, may show Moira (Catherine O'Hara) improperly ordain, so David (Dan Levy) and Patrick don't get married.
The seventh installment may also feature Patrick, David, and Twyla (Sarah Levy) visiting Alexis (Annie Murphy) in New York. While Stevie (Emily Hampshire) and David check a new motel property, Roland (Chris Elliott) and Stevie will be interviewing managers for the new motel.
Elsewhere, fans want to see more of Patrick's attempt to run for Moira's seat to bother Ronnie. A group of fans will visit the motel and treat it like a shrine due to Moira's fame.
Johnny will try to make it up with Bob by helping him with his business venture, but he will learn the latter give Gwen all the money. Moira and Johnny attend the Sunrise Bay premiere and meet some old friends.
One of the show's creators, Dan Levy, announced Season 6 would be the show's final season in an emotional Instagram post. The producer was grateful to have the time and creative freedom to tell the story about the Rose family in its whole totality, like what he had imagined from the very beginning.
Looper noted the show ended with all the right notes, true to its tone and message. Despite the good ending, fans can't help but wonder if the Rose family will return to Schitt's Creek Season 7.
For now, Hypable cited the TV series' cast would go into new ventures, Reid has a second album, Gemini. Levy also has a three-year development deal with ABC, so fans will continue to see his unique stories going to life on the small screen. Viewers will also see Murphy on AMC's Kevin Can F*** Himself.
