The industry would see the Tesla Cybertruck with an updated design in a month or so, according to CEO.
Tesla CEO Elon Musk confirmed through a tweet that the company would release photos of the Tesla Cybertruck sporting an updated design. In October, the CEO, along with Tesla Design Chief Franz von Holzhausen, did a design review of the all-electric pickup truck. At that time, Tesla is making several enhancements to the pickup truck that surprised the industry with its polarizing design.
So far, nothing is known as to the changes implemented on the Tesla Cybertruck. Musk previously mentioned updating the adaptive air suspension of the upcoming all-electric pickup truck. There were also rumors that the truck could have a smaller size.
Talks about changing the size of the Tesla Cybertruck surfaced after an augmented reality app revealed that the all-electric pickup would not fit in the normal-sized U.S. home's garage. Teslarati reported that Musk initially mentioned reducing the width of the pickup by an inch and its length by six inches. However, according to Electrek, the CEO dropped the plan after a design review he did last May.

Aside from the size, the CEO also hinted at introducing several improvements on the Tesla Cybertruck to increase its ability to haul large items. This includes the midgate, which could roll down the truck's rear window, open the cabin and extend it through the truck's bed. The added functionality is beneficial and ideal for the pickup truck that most consumers have in mind.
Elon Musk jokingly said before that the Tesla Cybertruck would be released with a standard zapper. While the idea seemed far-fetched, Musk has a reputation of having such and he usually makes good on his promises. The addition of zappers on the all-electric pickup truck is a unique security feature that future owners would surely love to have.
In a recent earnings call of the electric vehicle maker, the CEO mentioned that a lot of improvements would be seen compared to what was unveiled almost a year ago. He added that the final Tesla Cybertruck would be better than what the industry first saw. "With Tesla, we really aim to make the car that is delivered better than the car that is unveiled,"
Whatever these improvements on the Tesla Cybertruck are, Musk would definitely make sure that it would please the more than half a million people who already placed a reservation for the all-electric pickup truck.
