Station 19 season 4 episode 2 is arriving within a few weeks on ABC, with the title "Wild World." This episode will focus more on Andy Herrera's (Jaina Lee Ortiz) story, particularly what really happened to her mother. She's going to investigate more about it and why they hide the truth from her for a long time.

In Station 19 season 4 episode 2, Andy will take a day off so she could further sort out her family life. Initially, she believed that her mother was already dead. However, one of the biggest revelations in the third installment was when she found out that her mother is still alive.

Andy will likely investigate the circumstances why her mother decided to leave and why she didn't inform her that she's still out there. Perhaps, her father, Pruitt Herrera (Miguel Sandoval), could provide her some answers. But now that he's dead, she has to find out everything on her own.

Yet, it looks like Pruitt is slated to appear in Station 19 season 4 episode 2. He could either show up in a form of flashbacks or dream sequences in order to give answers to what's really going on. After all, he kept the truth from her daughter for many years and there could be a huge reason behind it.

However, this particular storyline may go on a different approach as the new season goes on. In a previous interview with TV Insider, executive producer Paris Barclay teased that Andy's life is going to be more complicated with that arrival of her mother -- though not devastating as what viewers might expect.

As for what else is coming in Station 19 season 4 episode 2, Carina DeLuca (Stefania Spampinato) and Maya Bishop (Danielle Savre) try to maintain their relationship. But then, their biggest problem is that they couldn't physically see each other because of the pandemic.

Robert Sullivan (Boris Kodjoe) does his best to maintain his sobriety, while the team responds to a call that involves a wild animal. Also, we're going to see Grey's Anatomy crossover in this episode, with Caterina Scorsone (as Amelia Shepherd) and James Pickens Jr. (Richard Webber) set to appear.

Before this episode airs, we're going to see the premiere first coming next week. In "Nothing Seems the Same," everyone leans on each other for support when the COVID-19 pandemic hits Seattle. The team deals with the current situation while facing their own problems.

Station 19 season 4 episode 2 airs on Thursday, Nov. 19, on ABC.
