Big Mouth season 4 is coming next month on Netflix. The latest chapter of the coming-of-age adult animated series sees the characters meeting new monsters and going on different settings. The streaming service dropped the official trailer, hinting more storylines are coming ahead.

The recently-released trailer of Big Mouth season 4 teased that the show will dive deeper into the problems, dramas, and scenarios that preteens encounter as they mature. The clip begins with best friends Nick (voiced by Nick Kroll) and Andrew (John Mulaney) going to a summer camp.

While there, the two met Tito the Anxiety Mosquito (Maria Bamford). This new monster will personify Anxiety, following Shame Wizard (David Thewlis) and Depression Kitty (Jean Smart). Tito is going to be a huge part of the story as the characters deal with the anxiety of being a preteen.

The upcoming installment will focus on anxiety, including anxiety of growing up, identity crisis, discovery, as well as acceptance. The story begins with some of the characters going to the summer camp before they head to 8th grade.

Big Mouth season 4 also introduces Gratitoad (Zach Galifianakis). The character will help the preteens cope with anxiety and not allow it to take over them. This is another way for the animated series to address this particular matter while still presenting comedic scenes.

The show has explored a lot of relevant topics -- including sexual identity and racial -- over the course of its run. Anxiety will be the biggest focus in the story while addressing other matters, such as coming out to family members, hardships of growing up and entering new relationships.

Meanwhile, Ayo Edebiri will be voicing Missy in Big Mouth season 4. It can be noted that Jenny Slate originally voiced the biracial character but she stepped down from the role to make room for a black actress. She will be voicing Missy in the penultimate episodes and for the future seasons.

As for the guest stars, it has been confirmed that the voices of John Oliver, Seth Rogen, Anna Konkle, Josie Totah, Maya Erskine, Lena Waithe, Paul Giamatti, Quinta Brunson, and Sterling K. Brown will all be featured in the upcoming installment.

There is no need to worry about the future of the animated show as Netflix has already renewed it for an additional three more seasons. The series proved to be successful on the streaming platform, mostly because of answering questions about puberty no matter how personal it is.

Big Mouth season 4 starts streaming Friday, Dec. 4, on Netflix.
