Prince William often appears calm and collected when he's performing his royal duties but he admitted in one interview that he's got quite a temper and so does his brother, Prince Harry, and father, Prince Charles, especially when they are doing one thing together.

The Duke of Cambridge once relayed in a documentary interview that tempers flare up when he plays polo games with Prince Harry and Prince Charles. Prince William said that they usually get a stern telling off when they are heavily invested in the game.

The royal said that the Wales men work well as a team because they approach the game with the same mindset. However, mistakes aren't tolerated and they get such a harsh reaction with one misstep, prompting Prince Charles to joke that he no longer plays polo with his sons because of this.

These days, however, Prince William hardly plays sports games with his father because of the Prince of Wales' age. Prince Harry has also been based stateside for much of the year and has no plans to return to London in the immediate future.

Harry's distance from the royal family, however, has ignited speculations that his rift with William is far from being settled. According to Paul Burrell, who worked as their mother's former butler, Princess Diana would have urged her sons to set their differences aside if she were still alive.

Burrell said that the Princess of Wales will likely bang the heads of her sons together amid their feud. Princess Diana treated William and Harry as equals despite being the heir and the spare in the British line of succession. She would have wanted her sons to remain close, the ex-butler added.

It comes as royal expert Camilla Tominey also said that Prince William is personally affected by Harry's new path away from the royal family. In March, the Duke of Sussex moved to Los Angeles with Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, and their son, Archie Harrison, to pursue a new career and a life outside of the Firm.

As the future King of England, William lost someone who was supposed to be his right-hand man. Harry's role was to help out his older brother, who will see his royal duties expand as the monarch.

Tominey said that Prince William has his wife, Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge, to support him. But they have to take on more responsibilities after losing Harry and Meghan who are setting their roots in California.

Sources, however, said that the brothers have been talking via video conference since the pandemic. Royal expert Katie Nicholl said that William and Harry's relationship is slowly mending but they won't likely have Christmas family reunions just yet.
