ARMYs instantly fell in love with “Faker” Lee Sang Hyeok when he and the rest of the League Of Legends team T1 members “Teddy” Park Jin Seong, “Effort” Lee Sang Ho, “Cuzz” Moon Woo Chan, and “Canna” Kim Chang Dong appeared on Run BTS! Episodes 114 and 115. Aside from his cute face, fans were bursting into UwUs while watching his adorable interaction with BTS.

Faker recently had an interview with KOREA NOW, where he was asked about his meeting with BTS. The League Of Legends Team T1 member shockingly admitted that he wasn’t really familiar with the Big Hit Entertainment boy group because he’s too focused on his gaming world.

“I wasn’t really interested in idols and wasn’t familiar with BTS at first since I immersed myself in games,” he said. But then Faker shared that he had a fun time on the variety show because of RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook’s personalities. “They were very unique and witty,” he noted.

Since Run BTS! merged the worlds of K-pop and League of Legends, the interviewer asked Faker which of the BTS members he would recruit to join team T1. After thinking for a couple of seconds, the professional gamer ended up not choosing any of them.

However, Faker’s decision had nothing to do with RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook’s gaming talent. The League Of Legends Team T1 member explained that he didn’t want to disappoint the other boys if he was to only pick one of them.

While many are very curious about who would Faker have chosen if he didn’t think about disappointing the other boys, not choosing a member was actually the best choice. You see, RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook are extremely competitive. If Faker chose one of them, that member would brag about it for the longest time.

Despite their superstardom status, BTS has remained humble and relatable. The members were fanboying when meeting the League Of Legends team T1 members. In fact, V was so eager to be friends with them that he betrayed his own group.

Before the game began, BTS and Team T1 played an elimination game, where they would name a player from the other team and number of beats in four beats. When it was V’s turn, he called out his team member Jimin, who got startled and failed the round.

When the rest of the BTS boys asked V why he killed the team, he simply replied that he wanted to be friends with the League Of Legends team T1.
