Jimin has been on a high after BTS’s 2020 health check-up. The “Filter” singer previously flaunted a screenshot of his results on Twitter, where it revealed that he grew 0.40cm in one year. Meaning, he’s no longer the shortest member of the group as he now caught up to Suga’s height.

In fact, Jimin was so proud of his growth that he told J-Hope to get ready, seemingly insinuating that he’ll be taller than him soon. In a recent live broadcast, the 25-year-old singer, songwriter, and dancer proved that he’s still not over his health update and decided to tease Suga about it.

During the live broadcast, the BTS boys reacted to the music video of their latest hit, “Life Goes On.” Towards the end of the video, Jimin decided to pause it to praise Suga, who was absent at the time because he’s still recovering from his shoulder surgery.

“Suga looks so cute,” he said. J-Hope liked Jimin’s comment and told everyone that they should mention the “Daechwita” rapper once in a while. The rest of the BTS members then started complimenting SG.

Before pressing “play,” Jimin looked at the paused music video and asked if Suga was the third one from the left. He also called him the “smallest one.” What JM didn’t know is that the “smallest one” that he was talking about was just right beside him. “That’s me,” J-Hope said, then proceeded to jokingly punch Jimin.

To be mistaken for Suga is certainly an honor, but not when the topic is about height. The scene that Jimin paused is when the boys were sitting on a high stool in the middle of an empty arena. While the other members sat with their legs stretched out, J-Hope was crossing his legs, making him look the shortest one out of the bunch.

With a 0.40cm growth, Jimin seemed to feel like he has the right now to tease the other members for looking small. However, some ARMYs are convinced that his new height is not accurate.

You see, a month before Jimin proudly shared his health update to ARMYs, J-Hope already revealed that the members turned into a giraffe when their height was being measured.

“The members become giraffes when they’re getting their height measured.... their necks just,,, seem to stretch out in such a fascinating way,” he said.

While J-Hope didn’t mention any names, Jimin seemed to prove that he was one of the giraffes when he posted his results on Twitter. As for Suga, he said that he is unbothered about his height. So even if JM would rub his 0.40cm growth to the BTS rapper’s face, he will never get a jealous reaction.
