Angelina Jolie made it to the headlines, once again, earlier this week. The National Enquirer claimed that she lived in "constant fear" due to her children's safety.
The tabloid maintained the narrative by calling the actress "paranoid." This comes after her and Brad Pitt's former bodyguard, reportedly, opened up about some of his tasks while working for the couple.
Allegedly, Mark "Billy" Billingham stated that he spent most of his time for the couple "patrolling the perimeter." He said that the Maleficent actress "feared" that their "combined fortune" might attract kidnappers and target one of their children.
The former bodyguard, also, asserted that her fears revolve around "money." This, then, became the "biggest concern" for the couple, as what the outlet reported.
Gossip Cop covered the report to seek the truth behind the allegations. Based on the analysis, there is no clear evidence to support the whole narrative.
The reputed publication argued that Angelina Jolie, as a mother, has every reason to worry about her six kids' safety. But, to deem her as "paranoid," who lived in "constant fear" might be far-fetched.
The same outlet, also, reasoned out that the claims are "senseless" considering that no details are given. Moreover, releasing the story, which happened more than five years ago, makes it a little futile.
Gossip Cop, later on, revealed that the tabloid in question has no credibility when it comes to releasing reports about the Wanted star. Time again, the magazine has, reportedly, lost all of its "decency" and reliability. Hence, while no source could clarify the truth, the latest allegations about Angelina Jolie and her family remain inconclusive and questionable.
Amid all the assertions, though, the 45-year-old actress seems nonchalant about the controversies and rumors. She even recently conducted an interview with TIME's first-ever "Kid of The Year."
After naming Gitanjali Rao among all the 5,000 nominees, the 15-year-old inventor sat down for a virtual interview with Angelina Jolie. The two women discussed the young scientist's processes, alongside the several issues she intends to tackle further.
At one point in the interview, Hollywood Life reported that the actress talked about her six kids and poked fun at them. This came after Rao explained one of her latest projects, Kindly, which is an app that can detect cyberbullying at an early stage.
Angelina Jolie, reportedly, loved the idea and deemed it "revolutionary." She, however, joked that her teenage kids would not allow her to touch their smartphones.
