Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner remain silent about their post-White House plans. In less than six weeks, the couple will exit their posts from the West Wing, alongside the rest of the Trump family.

Following Donald Trump's loss to Joe Biden in this year's presidential race, talks about the family's plans in their respective careers have since become apparent. Despite their silence, though, sources continue to "spill" details about the Trumps' possible movements next year.

People reported that Ivanka and Jared might make a move to Miami next year. The news first came to Page Six when sources close to the couple revealed the details of their recent property purchase in Indian Creek Island, which many individuals refer to as the "Billionaire's Bunker."

Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner, reportedly, shelled out over $30 million for an estate on the "guarded and gated" island. Reports said that it is one of the "most secure" places in the state as it has 13 police officers dedicated only to 29 residences.

Sources claimed that the couple likely purchased Lot 4, which Julio Iglesias owned. It has a total area of 1.84 acres, alongside its 200-feet private waterfront. The exact amount of the purchase was $31.8 million with an annual tax of $472,764.

Their possible relocation to Florida seemingly makes total sense as Trump's Mar-a-Lago club is only an hour away. Insiders, also, noted that many of the couple's friends have already moved out of New York and relocated to Florida and the Hamptons.

Apart from their newly-purchased Miami property, the Daily Express recalled Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner's plans to renovate the so-called "Kushner cottage" on the grounds of Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, New Jersey. They are, reportedly, waiting for local authorizations to proceed with their renovation plans.

The repairs would include expansion of the master bedroom, additional bathrooms, a new mudroom, a new study, and a veranda. There would, also, be other additional upgrades for the property's entertainment spaces. But, whether the couple, alongside their three kids, will move to New Jersey or Miami, a spokeswoman of the First Daughter refused to make a comment on the matter.

Talks of Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner's possible relocation outside of New York after their exit from the White House come after reports, and sources believe that they can no longer return to their original home in Manhattan. Many individuals believe it to be the case that the couple is facing in recent weeks, according to The News.
