Spice Girl's Geri Horner reportedly doesn't watch The Crown on Netflix because it makes her feel uncomfortable as she's good friend with Prince Harry.

In an interview with The Sun, Horner revealed that she doesn't feel right watching the series because the people portrayed on it are still alive. The star, formerly known as Ginger Spice, said that she tried to watch a few episodes but decided to stop because it was discomforting for her.

Horner said that The Crown is "beautifully shot" but she personally cannot connect with it. She feels strongly against the show that regards her friend's mother, referring to Princess Diana, as entertainment.

According to Smooth Radio, Harry and Ginger Spice have been friends for over 20 years, which means that she met the Duke of Sussex when he was around 10 years old. The ex-pop star, who is now a mother herself, said that she saw Harry grew up to be someone with a great heart and spirit.

In 1997, Horner also met Harry's father, Prince Charles, during the height of their Spice Girls' fame. She made headlines when she playfully pinched the Prince of Wales' bottom at a public event.

Another person who personally knows the royals said that he, too, will boycott The Crown. Alan Titchmarsh, a gardener and a friend of Prince Charles, said that he couldn't watch the series out of loyalty to the Prince of Wales.

Critics said that the future King of the United Kingdom had been unfairly vilified on the show. Titchmarsh thinks that The Crown is "based too much on conjecture" because he knows Prince Charles really well. The two men get along because of their shared passion for gardening.

Meanwhile, The Crown actor Josh O'Connor nixed the calls for Netflix to put a warning or a disclaimer in the episodes of season 4 because some people might be misled by the dramatic retelling of Prince Charles and Princess Diana's love story. O'Connor, who plays the Princes of Wales on the show, said that the suggestion, particularly from the United Kingdom's culture secretary, is "outrageous."

He said viewers of The Crown are intelligent enough to discern that the scenes were made up and dramatized. However, his co-star, Helena Bonham Carter, who plays Princess Margaret, supports the disclaimer because she believes that the show and Netflix has a moral responsibility to a public who might think the retelling is what actually happened in real life.

Critics of The Crown also called out Prince Harry because of his lucrative deal with Netflix. Some say that the Duke of Sussex is in bed with the devil who has mocked his parents' marriage.
