Melania Trump now has less than a month to continue her work inside the White House. As the days pass by, she seemingly focuses on the holiday season, along with all the events and activities the East and West Wing planned for the public.

On Wednesday, she posted clips and snaps of the most recent event inside the People's House. She took the materials to her Twitter account and revealed that the gathering occurred mainly inside the Blue Room, wherein "beautiful Christmas displays" are present. She continued that young artists did them, adding that ornaments "symbolize the joyful spirit of the holiday."

The Daily Express, later on, reported that netizens quickly slammed and criticized the First Lady upon seeing how she, reportedly, broke one of the essential protocols amid the pandemic crisis. She was not wearing any mask nor face covering to protect herself and her guests from the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

While Melania Trump continued touring her young and adult guests without the use of a proper mask, the same publication said that all of the participants entered the premises of the property with proper face coverings.

However, there is little social distancing during the event. This, then, quickly sparked discussion on Twitter, with many individuals slamming the First Lady.

"No mask for Malaria," one netizen said. "Setting a great example by not wearing a mask," another individual noted, adding that this is definitely "not smarter than a 5th grader."

"Another super spread," a different Twitter user posted. "The first gift to emulate the holiday spirit would be you wearing a mask," one critic replied, saying that she should "help protect the kids."

As the criticisms continue to develop, some netizens, on the other hand, shared their love and appreciation toward Melania Trump. Aside from telling her about her beauty and grace, several individuals thanked her for the hard work.

The First Lady is an "amazing woman of beauty and grace," one fan replied, noting that the public thanked her for her "service" to the United States. The same individual also asserted that Melania is a "positive role model."

Melania Trump experienced the same controversy earlier last week when she visited the Children's National Hospital. She wore her mask at the beginning of her visit but, later on, removed the face cover when she started reading a book to her audience.

Netizens slammed the First Lady after witnessing her actions. But, while she remained silent about the public's outrage, CNN learned that the visit followed all of the hospital's protocols.

As explained, masks are not required when the guest or speaker is six feet away from the audience. Moreover, Melania Trump was more than twelve feet away from the children during the activity. Not to mention, she only had two in-person audience, while the rest of the patients remained in their respective hospital rooms.
